This Privacy Policy is effective as of February 18, 2026.
Welcome to Alpha demo — Pakistan's AI-powered IELTS preparation platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our IELTS training services, including mock tests, AI evaluation tools, and our institute management dashboard. As an international education platform, we are committed to complying with global data protection standards including the GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California).
Name, date of birth, and nationality — required during account registration to personalise your learning experience and comply with our service terms.
Email address and mobile phone number, used for account communications, score reports, test reminders, and important platform notifications.
IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and time zone. This data is used for platform security, performance monitoring, and to ensure a consistent experience across devices.
Mock test scores, practice Writing essays, recorded Speaking responses, module completion history, and progress tracking data. This forms the core of your Alpha demo learning profile and is used to power AI evaluation and personalised improvement recommendations.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or banking credentials on our servers. Only transaction references and package purchase status are retained.
For institute accounts, we additionally collect organisation name, contact details, registered student rosters, administrator credentials, and aggregated student performance data to power the Institute Dashboard.
Creating and managing your account, tracking IELTS progress across all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking), delivering AI-evaluated mock tests, and providing detailed score reports.
Using your performance data to generate targeted improvement recommendations — for example, identifying weaknesses in Writing Task 2 coherence or Speaking fluency — and to continuously improve the accuracy of our AI evaluation engine.
Powering the Institute Dashboard: enabling institute administrators to view student rosters, track performance analytics, apply manual evaluation overrides, and export PDF score reports.
Sending account-related communications including test results, purchase confirmations, platform updates, and — where you have opted in — educational newsletters and study tips.
Monitoring for fraudulent activity, unauthorised account sharing, abuse of the platform, and ensuring compliance with our Terms and Conditions. We may suspend accounts where misuse is detected.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances. Data is only shared with essential service providers — such as cloud hosting, payment processors, and analytics tools — who are contractually bound to protect your information.
You may access and download a digital copy of your personal data — including test scores, performance history, and profile information — at any time via your account dashboard.
You may update or correct inaccurate or incomplete profile information directly from your account settings at any time.
You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting [email protected]. We will process such requests within 30 days of verification. Note that anonymised, aggregated data used for AI model improvement may be retained as it cannot be traced back to you.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by updating your notification preferences in account settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
In certain circumstances — for example, where you contest the accuracy of data or object to processing — you may request that we restrict how your data is used while your request is evaluated.
As an international platform, we are committed to complying with applicable global data protection regulations including the GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). Users in these jurisdictions may exercise additional rights specific to their region by contacting [email protected].

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
You retain full ownership of all original content you submit to the platform, including Writing essays and Speaking recordings. Submitting content to Alpha demo does not transfer ownership to us.
By submitting content, you grant Alpha demo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your submissions solely for AI grading, evaluation feedback, and improving our AI scoring systems. We may use anonymised versions of your responses for model training unless you opt out via your Privacy Settings.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data stored on our servers — including exam responses and personal profiles — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 industry-standard encryption.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is available for all user accounts. We strongly recommend enabling MFA to protect your account from unauthorised access.
Our platform is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with continuous monitoring, automated threat detection, and regular security audits to safeguard against data breaches and cyber threats.
All financial transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. Alpha demo never has access to your full card details at any point in the payment flow.
In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Personal data and exam history are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Your full performance history remains accessible through your dashboard.
Once all tests in your purchased package have been used, your exam history, scores, and reports remain accessible in read-only mode. We retain this data for up to 2 years to allow you to purchase a new package and continue your preparation journey.
Upon verified request for account deletion, all personally identifiable data is permanently erased within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data not traceable to your identity may be retained for platform analytics and AI model improvement.
In certain cases, we may be required to retain specific data for longer periods to comply with legal, regulatory, or tax obligations. In such cases, access to that data will be restricted to compliance purposes only.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of Alpha demo after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account deletion before they take effect.
